COVID-19 Safety Practices

We take your safety seriously. We continue to follow all applicable COVID-19 provincial and health unit protocols. We want you to be confident in booking your adventure with us. If you are unable to come on your tour or we are unable to run it due to COVID-19, you are guaranteed a rebook, a credit, or a full refund - your choice. 

• We ask that you take this Ontario self-assessment screening questionnaire prior to coming on a tour with us. Our staff take the assessment prior to each tour. We expect you to follow the recommendation of the assessment, as we will
• We require participants from separate households to maintain a distance of 2 metres. All our guides will do the same. If in some situations this distancing can not be maintained, a mask will be required
• We sanitize all equipment between tours
• Group sizes are kept small, not exceeding 12 participants plus 2 guides.
• Ontario health rules are constantly monitored and revisions to our practices are made accordingly
